Hello,

David and I met while we were living in Chicago in 2000. We were married in 2002, and moved back to Ohio in 2006 to be near our families. After many years of trying unsuccessfully to start a family, we were blessed with the adoption of our daughter Avery, who was born in January of 2009. We absolutely love being parents, and want to continue to grow our family through adoption. We thank you so much for taking the time to consider placing your child into our lives and hearts.

We are responsible, caring, and honest individuals. David works in the information technology department of a local company, and Julie is a child psychologist who works part time and otherwise stays home to care for Avery. Since we live near our family, we are fortunate to have childcare provided by our mothers on the days that we both have to work.

When we’re not working, we enjoy many hobbies and interests including attending sporting events (Go Reds! Go Bengals!), taking walks, playing outside with Avery, and working on household projects. David also plays bass guitar in a local band. We love to have fun and to travel, and look forward to spending lots of time together on family vacations.
