What a courageous decision to place your child for adoption. We have much respect and admiration for you. We want to know you are giving your child the best gift of all life. We realize this is a very emotional time for you and the most difficult decision you have to make. If given the opportunity of raising your child we promise to only show love, support and encouragement through out the journey of life.  

Family is our top priority. We both come from close knit families and enjoy all the time we spend together. There will always be a grandparent, aunt, uncle and cousin around to share the holidays, birthdays and special occasions. Our family is very excited about our decision to adopt and they can’t wait to shower the new addition to our family with love and attention.

We are Marc and Billie. We met at social outing in 2003 and hit it off immediately. We both were amazed how easily it was to get to know one another. Marc’s big bright smile was amazing and pulled me in right away. I think I knew then we would be together forever. We’ve now been married over 4 years and are very much in love. The smile and easy going attitude continues to provide us great stability in our marriage and our friendship with others. We still hold hands when we go to the movies and on walks. The love we have for each other will be even further magnified as we share this love with a young child and grow together as a family with love at the center of everything.

Marc is a simple man with not many demands. He takes his responsibilities very seriously and is a very reliable husband. He has a heart of gold and will be amazing father. He is an incredible uncle, always out playing ball or just listening to what our nieces and nephews have to say.  Taking a glimpse into our future I can envision Marc running around playing chase in the fall leaves with a son or daughter and a smile from ear to ear and contentment in his heart. If I had to a vote he will be a #1 Dad. Marc loves watching a good comedy, but that might soon be replaced with a major cuddle session on the couch watching Sesame Street while the fresh snow falls outside!

If there is someone in need Billie is there. Her compassion for others shines through in every facet of life. A perfect example of this is how every child whether it is family, friend or neighbor is immediately drawn to her. I envision Billie sharing in special moments with a daughter or son … how proud she will be as she pushes the stroller and beams happiness and excitement with her new role in this child’s life. Billie’s love for gardening, cooking, decorating, knitting and scrapbooking keep her busy throughout the year. She’s counting the days to share these activities with a child.

Marc and I are laid back casual people who look forward to our family time. Our favorite part of our day is dinner together. We love to sit at the dinner table and share with each other our daily highlights. We can’t wait to have a little one joining us and experiencing life a little differently. First solid food…first ice cream…first birthday cake! Our favorite part of our week is spending Sunday together and sharing it with family and friends. We love to travel and vacation time is our favorite time! We enjoy the sites and sounds that travel brings and cannot wait to provide these types of experiences to a young child. We are looking forward to packing the diaper bag, stroller, toys, blankets and portable crib and heading off to new adventures!

We have an adorable dog his name is Baxter James. Baxter’s is so anxious to have a new friend on his daily walks and is looking forward to any food that a little one might drop from the highchair! We can already tell that they will be best of friends.  

We live in a cozy 4 bedroom home with lots of room for a little one to run and play. We have a beautiful nursery ready and waiting. It’s ready to be filled with pinks or blues and toys to play with. We live in a family oriented neighborhood with a community swimming pool, tennis courts, fishing pond and live within miles from an amusement park, water park, zoo and professional ball fields. Our school district is rated excellent and the children in our community are assured excellent education.

If we are fortunate enough to be adoptive parents of your child we promise your child will be raised in a loving, secure, and supportive home. We promise to take every means necessary to ensure a healthy successful life, expose them to all that life offers and help them grow into a loving, giving and capable adult. We are very excited to start on the journey of parenthood and thank you again for considering us.
