- Ohio-Licensed: Adoption Connection
must meet strict standards for licensure and maintain records as mandated
by law. What does this mean for you? It assures you that an adoption
through Adoption Connection provides secure and final placement.
- Domestic Placement: Since 1943 we
have been building families by placing infants into homes.
- International Adoption: We will
introduce you to the international adoption process and help you select
the international adoption agency and country that is right for you. And
as your local link, we can provide you with the necessary state
requirements such as the home study and post-placement services.
- Home Study: Our certified adoption
assessors will provide education and family assessment as required by Ohio
law for domestic, international, step-parent, and relative adoption.
- Pre- and post-adoptive counseling:
We will help you and your extended family adjust to your new life
situation.
- Celebrate Adoption support group:
Join other adoptive families for holiday celebrations and discussion
groups. This non-profit support group provides education, support, and
socialization related to adoption issues. Membership is open to all
adoptive and prospective adoptive families who wish to celebrate adoption
and learn from the experience of others.
