Adoption Post Finalization Services
After finalization, you and your family may still have questions related to the adoption. These concerns may come up in the first few months – or even years later!
That is why, for families that place through Adoption Connection, free post-finalization support is available to all members of the adoption triad for the life of the adoption.
These services include, but are not limited to:
- Consultation
- Mediation of written, verbal and in-person contact
- Counseling and Support
- Adoption Education
- Maintenance of Records
